Poster Printing

The SVC procedures have changed.

For poster orders, simply upload your poster file with order form via our website.
Email the SVC for design services, assistance with converting files and poster pick-up.
SVC offers service within 24 hours (same day service is available at no additional charge if the work volume permits).

Requirements
2 Files - Poster file & Order form (Powerpoint conversion is available). See Poster size guidelines > Naming convention - Use LAST NAME on both Order form and Poster file. It allows us to track files easily. Poster PDF = FINAL size of the intended poster. PDF Resources > Default is 8.5 x 11 (a common mistake - Go into advanced settings / options for your preferred method to set the final page size). You can't just use the PPT page size to set the PDF size. Proofread your PDF - SVC is not responsible for the cost of reprinting based on typos or pixelation due to small image or poster files provided. Completed Order form - Use the Excel Form if you do not have Acrobat. Reader will not allow you to save your text. Upload both files - Zip both files together or click "Add another file" in the Yousendit dialog box to include 2 files in 1 upload. A delay of at least 1 day will result if any 1 of the above requirements is not included or missed.

The recommended file formats are Acrobat PDF. Adhering to our PDF policy will ensure timely delivery of your poster. We can provide file conversion for you.

1: Convert your File

Create a PDF of your poster.
Proof the PDF for errors and correct dimensions.
Is your final PDF too small?
8.5" x 11" is not ok images will pixelate if enlarged.
Name poster file: lastname_poster_24x36.pdf
(dimensions are an example)

2: Order Form

Complete an order form.
Save and rename:
lastname_orderform.pdf.
Upload with your poster file. Click "Add another file" in the Yousendit dialog box to include 2 files in 1 upload.

3: Upload

Upload both files to our file service in 1 upload. Click "Add another file" to include 2 files in one upload.
Do NOT email any files to the SVC.
Allows large files to be transferred and stored easily.
SVC requires files to be accessible from a central location.

The SVC cannot guarantee the quality or fidelity of images or color profile if poster is designed in PowerPoint, Keynote, or any MS software.
